Webmail vs. Quathos Mailer Two products from the same company that both move email, and are easy to mistake for each other. Quathos Webmail is where your people read and write; Quathos Mailer is where your software sends. Which one you need, and why many companies end up with both. Setting up your domain The DNS records that make mail arrive and leave authenticated, what each one does, and how to read a failed check. Migrating from another provider Moving a domain that already receives mail: the order that never bounces a message, what to prepare, how the history import works, and what to check when something looks off. Connecting apps and devices Server names, ports and encryption for IMAP and SMTP, the webmail, and what to check when a login is refused. Pricing and billing What a mailbox costs, how the free trial works, and what happens when payment stops.
